  1. PLAN PURCHASES

All plan purchases are subject to the applicable Plan License Agreement.

Plan purchases grant a limited license for use and do not transfer ownership of the design.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing plan details, dimensions, specifications, and suitability before construction.

  1. PLAN MODIFICATIONS

Plan modifications may require additional fees and review.

Any modifications requested after purchase are subject to approval and separate pricing.

Christian Serrano Design Group reserves the right to decline modification requests.

  1. CODE COMPLIANCE

Building codes, zoning regulations, engineering requirements, and permitting requirements vary by jurisdiction.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local requirements.

Additional engineering, structural review, energy calculations, surveys, or jurisdiction-specific modifications may be required.

  1. REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of plan files and intellectual property products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once files have been delivered, downloaded, or made available, refunds will not be issued.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Christian Serrano Design Group makes no guarantees regarding permitting approval, construction outcomes, site suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
