COPYRIGHT & TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS

All home plans, drawings, renderings, specifications, documents, and related materials provided by Christian Serrano Design Group are protected by United States copyright laws and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Christian Serrano Design Group.

PURCHASE OF A PLAN DOES NOT CONSTITUTE TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP.

Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to construct one (1) residence from the purchased plan at a single location, unless otherwise specified in writing.

The purchaser may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or transfer the plans to any third party.
• Share digital files with other builders, designers, architects, developers, or homeowners not directly involved in the permitted construction project.
• Modify, copy, duplicate, or create derivative works for resale or distribution.
• Use the plans for multiple homes without obtaining additional licenses from Christian Serrano Design Group.
• Upload, publish, or distribute plan files on websites, marketplaces, cloud storage platforms, or file-sharing services.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or reuse of these plans constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including recovery of damages, attorney fees, and injunctive relief.

Christian Serrano Design Group reserves the right to revoke any license granted under this agreement if these terms are violated.
